Contact WELTMAN ® before returning any items.

1. You can exchange the product within 7 days of delivery.
2. The product must be in new condition and unused for the exchange service.
3. Buyer pays shipping costs for exchanges.
4. Water damage claim will not be entertained.
5. If the product is replaced with another article that has a lower price. A coupon of the difference in price will be issued and can be used for future purchase. No cash amount will be refunded in this case.

7. If a product is purchased directly through our physical store, no return or exchange is offered in this case. 
8. All warranties ( if applicable ) are claimable one time against a single purchase. Once a warranty is claimed it shall be deemed null and void. 

Although we offer worldwide shipping for all orders, the buyer is responsible for paying the additional costs such as duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees. These charges can vary widely and are often based on the price and type of item, package weight and dimensions, origin country, and the taxes, duties, and fees of the destination country. Products will be shipped from Pakistan or the UK so any customs duty for importation shall be payable by the consignee. Return requests due to custom taxes and duty payments will not be accepted so the client is therefore advised to contact the customs authorities in the country concerned beforehand to verify the costs and any restrictions on imports.
